Flat-Pack Units That Span Your Containers
Our double-stacking system is a purpose-built modular structure, not a converted container. For every two ground containers, two 5m flat-pack steel units are installed on top — one spanning the front edge and one spanning the back edge — creating a full upper tier of secure, lettable storage.
Each 5m upper unit can be internally partitioned to suit your site: a single open unit, or divided into two or three separate compartments. That means you can match the mix of unit sizes to the demand at your facility, rather than being locked into one fixed layout.

Everything is delivered flat-packed and assembled on site — no cranes, no cutting, no specialist lifting. Steelwork for walkways, staircases and brackets is fabricated in the UK by our engineering partner, FBS Engineering, so installations meet UK requirements and timelines.
A Smarter Route Than Container Toppers
Operators looking to add an upper tier are usually offered “container toppers” — a second shipping container with its sides cut open and partitions welded in, then craned into position. Our flat-pack spanning system is a different and, we believe, better approach.
